Police behaviour

Some of the people are not aware of their rights and thus face problems when a policeman or any other law enforcer tries to harass them. Misbehaviour by police is intolerable. However, due to feudal system that is still prevalent in most part of country, the police force has always remained under political influence. As a result, they try to consider themselves above law and harass the public. Being an ordinary citizen, one can fearlessly tell a policeman that he should behave appropriately and in case of non-compliance he can go to the nearest police station and lodge a compliant.

The role of civil society organisations assumes all the more importance. They must coordinate with the government to arrange training workshops for policemen. This would definitely bring a positive change in the behaviour of our police force.

  1. Yes you are right:: police should leave the drunken members of civil society roaming in the streets with their girlfriends as its a free islamic state with no laws. A member of human rights organization criticized police for not torturing er maid who was suspected of stealing her jewellery. A member of judiciary requested one of the most renowned extrajudicil killer of police service to kill the kidnapper involved in the death of his father as there was no sufficient evidence to convict the accused. Protecting the life and property of citizens in cold nights and scorching heat of sun, police should be eliminaed from civilized society.
