The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notices on Tuesday to Pakistan Rangers Director General, Deputy Attorney General and Advocate General among other respondents in a missing person case. Sadaqat Ali Shah had filed a constitutional petition through his lawyer, submitting that his brother was an employee at Imperial Garments Pvt Ltd in the Korangi Industrial Area and when he went to his job on February 5, 2011, he was handed over to Rangers by his in-charge Javed Iqbal without giving any reasons.
The petitioner added that his brother has been missing since then while the Rangers authorities deny arresting him.
