Man awarded death sentence in triple murder case

Additional District and Sessions Judge Chakwal Nisar Baig awarded death sentence to an accused of a famous triple murder case of village Kahut of Kallar Kahar Police Station while the two others were awarded life term imprisonment.
According to the details, three others were awarded different sentences while the other seven were acquitted by giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Those who was awarded death sentence was Tariq Hussain son of Resham Khan and he was also fined rupees 100,000 and in default he will have
to under go six months more imprisonment.
The two others Muhammad Iqbal son of Ahmad Khan and Manzoor Hussain son of Mian Khan were awarded life term imprisonment and a fine of
rupees one lac each.
The two other accused Adeel Iqbal son of Muhammad Iqbal and Tasadaq Hussain son of Sher Alam were awarded collectively 15 imprisonment each and a fine of rupees 20,000 each in attempt of murder case.
The seven other accused Maqbool Hussain, Sadam Hussain, Muhammad Gulistan, Matloob Hussain, Muhammad Shafiq, Muhammad Islam and Tajamal Hussain were acquitted by giving them the benefit of the doubt.
According to the prosecution the said 12 accused on 28th May 2009 opened indiscriminate firing resulting killing of Altaf Hussain, Azad Hussain and Amanat Hussain on the spot while another injured was died later on, on a dispute and Kallar Kahar Police registered a case of murder and an attempt of murder case against the accused. The learned Judge after hearing the arguments from both sides announced the judgment.
