LDA Estate Management submits inquiry on occupied plots

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Estate Management Quaid-e-Azam Town on Tuesday submitted a sealed inquiry report regarding 42 illegal occupied plots in the Sabzazaar Housing Scheme. Estate Management Quaid-e-Azam Town Director Rao Fazalur Rehman completed the report on direction of LDA DG Abdul Jabbar Shaheen.
The inquiry report overturned legal proceedings against inspectors and other officials appointed in the Estate and Town Planning branches. Rehman fixed the responsibility on 14 inspectors, one assistant inspector, seven patwaris, nine building inspectors and one watchman. The inquiry report also declared estate inspector Saeed Butt as guilty who passed away a few months ago.
The accused include inspectors Zaheer, Iqbal, Aslam Pervaiz, Javaid Ishaq, Mudasir Majeed, Rana Ali Akbar, Muhammad Arshad, Saeed Butt (late), Basher, Irfanullah Khan, Munawer Hussain, Ghulam Mustafa, Khawaja Sikander, Zulfaq Ali Rana and Muhammad Rafique. The patwaris include Muhammad Hanif, Muhammad Salim, Muhammad Munir, Salahuddin, Javed Akhtar, Shahid Jamal and Zulfiqar Bhatti.
Building inspectors include Salim Abbas Zaidi, Amir Rashid, Muhammad Latif, Akmal Butt, Ishtiaq Ahmed, Inamuddin, Muhammad Shafiq, Raza Ali Shah, Muhammad Fazil and Zeeshan Butt.
