A woman was killed by her lover in Ali Town, Sahiwal. As per details, Saima, a resident of Chak No 82-6R, had developed relations with Abdur Razzaq. Later, some differences arose between them. On the day of the incident, Abdur Razzaq, with the help of Najma, Shazia and two others, murdered her and escaped.
MAN DIES IN ROAD ACCIDENT: A man was killed while another received serious injuries in a road accident. Reportedly, a speedy bus hit a motorcycle near Chak No 34-EB. As a result, the motorcyclist, Amjad Ali, died instantly and Qalb Ali received grievous injuries. He was taken to the DHQ hospital where he was in serious condition.

In the first incident, Ashraf and six others took away a bus of Farid Hussain, parked outside his house at Chak 132-9-L, and escaped. In the second incident, some unknown accused stole Zahid Rasool’s car from Jail Road and escaped. In the third incident, a motorcycle, owned by a student, Abdul Ghaffar, was lifted from a private college.
