Two oil tankers, carrying oil for NATO, were burnt while one person was injured as some unidentified people opened fire on the tankers in Amangarh area here on GT Road on Tuesday.
According to details, the incident occurred in Amangarh, near Nowshera as some persons opened fire on the tankers.
As a result, two tankers were burnt while one driver of the tankers sustained injuries.
After the incident, the rescue teams rushed to the site and started rescue operation.
Meanwhile, the law enforcing agencies cordoned off the area and starting search operation.
