A meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Coordination Officer (DCO) Rashid Mahmood to review all the security arrangements regarding the upcoming visit of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to Mian Channu and Khanewal. The DCO ordered the assistant commissioners (ACs) of all the four tehsils of Khanewal district to remove encroachments from their jurisdictions without any fear and improve the cleanliness situation.
District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Waqar Abbasi briefed the meting about the security arrangements while assistant commissioners Amir Karam, Azhar Zia, Tariq Manzoor, Sidra Younus, District Officer Revenue (DOR) Muhammad Ayub Khan and district officers of building and road departments attended the meeting.
