Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Saturday disposed of a human rights case after the departments concerned reported that the illegal occupants had been forced out of the school buildings.
The residents of Darbar Roshan Shah and Chak 175 JB, Jhang, in application informed the Supreme Court that some influential persons had occupied the said school. The DO Revenue Jhang and other provisional officials informed the apex court that the land belonging to the Education Department measuring 28 kanals and 07 marlas in Chak No 175/JB, and 03 kanals 18 marlas in Darbar Roshan Shah had been retrieved while a criminal case was registered against the culprits.
