All the teachers in the province will be regularised on the basis of merit, provincial Senior Education Minister Pir Mazharul Haq said on Sunday. He was speaking to a joint European and World Bank mission represented by Poiter Poeter, Sadiq Bhatti, Vishant Rajo, Ameet Dar, and Ambreen Arif. The minister said that the federal government is extending its support to educational projects in the province and all the measures are being taken to improve the literacy rate. “All appointments are being made on merit and the welfare of teachers is also being taken into consideration,” he said.
