As many as 15 recently confirmed and 11 newly appointed additional judges of the Lahore High Court (LHC) took oath of their offices in a ceremony held at the Punjab Judicial Academy Auditorium on Thursday. The names of the recently confirmed judges are: Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Najamul Hasan, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Shahid Saeed, Justice Rauf Ahmad Shaikh, Justice Ijaz Ahmad, Justice Muhammad Khalid Mehmood Khan, Justice Shahid Hameed Dar, Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq, Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan and Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu.
The names of the newly appointed judges are: Justice Syed Kazim Raza Shamsi, Justice Abdul Waheed Khan, Justice Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah, Justice Abdus Sattar Asghar, Justice Muhammad Younas, Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa, Justice Syed Ijaz Hussain Shah, Justice Ameenuddin Khan, Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti, Justice Altaf Ibrahim Qureshi and Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan.
