‘Altaf’s revolution taking form’

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain’s peaceful revolution is taking form as there is a visible change in the thinking of people throughout the country, argued deputy convener of the Rabita Committee of the party, Dr Farooq Sattar, on Thursday while distributing the questionnaire for Muttahida’s public referendum at Azizabad and Aisha Manzil.
The deputy convener of the Rabita Committee said that the country is passing through a difficult phase of trials and tribulations, and hence it becomes the duty of every citizen to step forward and express their views on national affairs. He said that this would help foster national unity and increase the level of confidence of the masses, claiming that Hussain had made politics very easy by incorporating the opinion of the common people in his efforts to save the country.
Sattar was accompanied by Rabita Committee members Wassay Jalil, Salim Tajik, Syed Shakir Ali and other office-bearers of the party in the drive to distribute the questionnaire drafted by the MQM chief. Earlier, Sattar visited a camp set up at MQM headquarters Nine-Zero regarding the public referendum. He also filled his questionnaire and dropped it in the box placed at the camp.
