A moderate earthquake hit the areas adjacent to the Line of Control (LoC) in Azad Kashmir on Thursday morning but no causality was reported.
According to the reports, the quake of lower intensity was felt in the border areas of Chanari, Chakthi, Bagh and Neelam Valley at 7:18am on Thursday.
According to the Met Office the epicenter of the quake was Baramula in Held Kashmir and its intensity was 2.4 on the Richter scale. No casualty was reported from any part of Azad Kashmir.
