At least two butchers were booked for selling substandard meet. As per details, two veterinary doctors Irfan Ali and Yousaf raided the shops of two butchers Ghulam Shabir and Muhammad Jamshaid, residents of Chak No 86-6R, and caught them red-handed while selling the substandard and injurious meet.
CONSTRUCTION CAUSES POLLUTION, DISEASES: According to city package, the roads are under construction while the citizens are suffering from various deceases of throat due to dust and pollution. The citizens have demanded the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) officials and contractors sprinkle water on the under construction roads and complete them in time but all in vain. Now the citizens have demanded the higher authorities of Sahiwal and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif take notice of the situation.
