The fact that the Pakistani authorities have asserted that they may be glad of the fact that a long awaited landmark has been reached that for its significance in taking the protracted war towards a decisive final phase, but the message needs to be conveyed that any such military adventure carried by the US within the boundaries of Pakistan, and that too in the dark of the night, will not be tolerated in future.
We also need to understand our limitations and restrictions such as in the case of competing with the organised attack by the US. Apparently, the Pakistani response was not quick enough to out-manoeuvre them. The fact that definitely needs to be taken under consideration, however, is that Pakistan has done a lot for this war in its own capacity to dismantle the militant networks and make possible the capture of the man who had caused the US many a sleepless nights.
