32 one-wheelers arrested in Hafizabad

On the direction of the DPO, the traffic police arrested 32 one wheelers from Head Sagar near Hafizabad. The DPO warned that nobody engaged in one wheeling would be spared. Separate cases were registered against the accused. Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan of the Lahore High Court has sought performance report from Managing director PASSCO within one week. Mushatq Ahmad Mohal Advocate had filed a writ petition before the Lahore High Court in which he had stated that the Sukheki PASSCO Purchase Centre in charge was involved in receiving bribes to issue gunny bags to farmers. Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan has sought a detailed performance report in one weak from the managing director.
Two killed, one injured in road accident: Two friends were killed while the third was injured in a road accident on Jalalpur-Bhattian Road the other day. According to details, Muhammad Imran, a resident of Sukehki, was going to Hafizabad via Jalapur Bhattian along with his two friends Akram and Muhammad Hassan on a motorcycle. When they reached near village Rasoolpur Tarar, a speedy truck, coming from the opposite direction, collided with their bike. As a result, Akram and Imran were killed instantly while Muhammad Hassan was seriously injured. Rescue 1122 reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies and the injured to the distinct headquarter hospital.
