Tahafz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat Mahaz (TNRM) on Friday staged a protest outside Data Darbar against alleged mistreatment of Mumtaz Qadri, the killer of former Punjab governor Salman Taseer, in Adyala jail and demanded the government provide medical aid to Qadri. TNRM President Raza-e-Mustafa said, “Raymond Davis, the killer of two Pakistanis was set free whereas Qadri is being mistreated by the police.” Ali Naqshbandi alleged that interrogation by the foreign agencies had affected Qadri’s health.
