Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani will inaugurate the construction of the Park Enclave, a new environment-friendly model housing project launched by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) this month. CDA Chairman Imtiaz Inayat Elahi announced this in a news conference here on Tuesday. He said the project, fully equipped with state of the art facilities, would be built in two phases having 700 houses in Phase-I and 600 residential units in Phase-II.
He added the park would be the first scheme of its kind ideally located only four kilometres from Islamabad Club on the intersection of the Park Road and Kurri Road near Chak Shahzad. He said the CDA was expecting more than Rs 10 billion from sale of plots in Phase-I which will have 60 percent area allocated for roads, green area and other civic amenities.
What would the CDA compensate to the owner of land acquired for the Park Enclave project in Zone IV,Islamabad,because my land may be fall in this scheme.
