Inclusive Society – Pakistan Chapter (IS-PC), a Karachi-based nonprofit and YAI Network, a large disability service provider in New York, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the Hilton Hotel in Manhattan, New York, on Wednesday. The YAI Network will provide technical support according to the community-based therapy, resource and training centre being set up in Karachi for improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
Initial focus will be on early intervention and appropriate education for children with developmental delays.
