The organisers of the APNS Regional Press Convention deliberately omitted the names of many veteran journalists during their presentation at the function. Chief Organiser of the convention Mumtaz Tahir of daily Aftab while talking about the role of journalists during Pakistan Movement only mentioned Maulana Zafar Ali Khan and missed Hameed Nizami. Upon this Abdul Rashid Ghazi of Business Report Faisalabad pointed out the lapse. His point of view was endorsed by a large number of people from the audience.
