Now a tale of three women. We hears that a certain media savvy lady minister, who shot into prominence in a chat show “debate” with a lady MNA from the Q League is not quite happy with her job description mainly because she has no free hand in choosing her team. On the other hand, former PPP spokeswoman Fauzia Wahab is deeply unhappy because she is in the political wilderness, has no assignment and is shunning all the chat shows she would once frequent. However her recent meeting with the PM has sparked some hope for a better time. Now for the lady MNA from Q League who was once out shouted by the lady minister in a chat show. We hear that she is giving the final touches to her plans to marry the owner of a well-known motel chain. Well at least some one is happy these days.

The downside of being an ex-PM and the leader of PML(N) is that your private life is always public property. If NS thought that he could quietly check into a heart clinic in London’s Wigmore Street (near the famous Harley Street) and slip out after treatment without any one except brother Shahbaz and samdhi Ishaq Dar being any the wiser, he was sadly mistaken. The city is crawling with Pakistanis and there is no shortage of desi doctors, nurses and paramedics in any of the many London clinics.
As it happened NS was recognized and a paramedic even asked him “You look like a former Pakistani PM.” The secret was out. However, the upside is that he did get the best treatment money can buy and despite initial hiccups, is now in good health. He walks over to nearby Selfridges or Marks and Spencer for breakfast and is often seen taking long drives in his Bentley. Time to come home now!

It has been noted that whenever the PPP and Q-League create a ruckus or walk out of Punjab Assembly, there are two Q leaguers, Umaira Shahid and Mohsin Leghari who do not follow suit. When quizzed about their attitude they simply say we believe that a legislative house should behave seriously. Could there also be another reason for such behavior?
