The Anti-Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) has busted an alleged gang of car-lifters and arrested 16 of its members. “The ACLC has recovered 12 cars, 70 motorcycles and five TT pistols from the possession of the accused,” the ACLC said in a statement issued on Tuesday. The accused included Muhammed Zubair, Abdul Rehman, M Irfan, M Yusuf, M Amin, Sohail, Khadim Hussain, Zulfiqar, Naved Ahmed, Naseer Ahmed, Noor Muhammed, M Aslam, Sabdal Khan, M Ishaq, Abdul Rehman and M Umer. The arrests were made in different parts of city during last the 15 days.
