Presidential candidate for the Punjab Football Associating Raja Amir Khan has urged the Pakistan Football Federation to bring devoted persons into the federation. Addressing a press conference here, he said that things were on the decline and there was a dire need of devoted and skilled persons in order to bring revolutionary changes in the working of the federation.
He said he was hopeful of winning the elections and assured that he would leave no stone unturned in promoting football, especially in Punjab.
He said there were almost 31 votes of different districts and he was being supported by 17 to 18 members. He added that his main aim would be to promote club football which always plays a key role in hunting talent, instead of departments which have no worth internationally.
