Training for Wildlife officers

World Pheasant Association (Pakistan) and World Wide Fund for Nature (Pakistan) concluded a week-long training course in surveying pheasants, partridges, quails and snowcock in the Himalayas. Twenty trainees nominated by the Wildlife Departments participated in the training held in Baragali, a site known for Koklass Pheasants. Dr David Lee, a senior conservationist, conducted the sessiuon. Professor Zahid B Mirza and Mr Safdar Ali Shah of Wildlife Department assisted Lee.
