Musical play of tragedy, comedy continues till May 5

A musical play based on drama, tragedy and comedy “Avanti” is being staged here at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) till May 5.
The play which is termed as `Greatest Musical Play’ comprises over 13 songs and dances in a purely entertaining way to provide the fun lovers and youngsters with recreational and entertainment opportunities in federal capital.
The show is being presented in collaboration with Make a Wish Foundation Pakistan and Islamabad College of Arts and Sciences.
The play is a Javed A Saeedi Production with Director Flora Mehmood, Choreographer Wahab Shah, Assistant Director Ismail Atiq Kayani, Assistant Choreographers: Mehreen Mir and Veera, Assistant Producer Sarjeel, Project Manager Aneeba Baig and Production Manager Daniyal Gillani.
While its cast includes Sundus Jamil, Sheharyar Rahim, Aamir Khan, Ismail Atiq Kayani, Hannan Tariq, Fatemah Zahra, Furqan Hameed Kayani, Ibraheim Kayani, Mustafa Ali Khan, Aleem Aslam, Rubab Tanzil, Faizan Ali Khan.
Avanti is mischievously entertaining drama which creates life in the stage with movements and music. Avanti is cleverly crafted and comic smart song and dance extravaganza while creating an ambiance that creates a continuity in refreshing mood.
Avanti begins with mild comedy about the unexpected incidents, memories and sentiments but things go to a more excited stage as the play moves forward. The fun lovers termed the play as a perfect entertainment for their evenings till 2 weeks that refreshes mood and provide them with excellent fun times in rich cultural visuals.
The story of the play rotates around Avanti a little town that lost its life and the charm of living a peaceful life. While a local musician and dances come up with excitement in the lives of people. The play comprises the story of love, peace and the ways of living happy making a feast for entertainment and theater industry to attract maximum audience.
