The City Traffic Police during its special drive against one-wheelers arrested 10 motorcyclists and fined several others for over-speeding during the weekend. A traffic police spokesman said on Monday divisional SPs and circle in-charges supervised the campaign in their areas and took measures to eradicate one-wheeling.
