The Lahore High Court (LHC) chief justice (CJ) on Saturday constituted six division benches (DB) and 13 single benches (SB) for the Lahore Registry for the week commencing from April 25. The DBs will function from Monday to Thursday hearing all important cases. The DBs for the principal seat are, DB-1 Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu, DB-II Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain and Justice Sheikh Ahmed Farooq, DB-III Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, DB-IV Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Asad Munir, DB-V Justice Sheikh Najamul Hasan and Justice Rauf Ahmed Sheikh, and DB-VI Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik and Justice Anwaarul Haq.
The SBs are: Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Asad Munir, Justice Sheikh Najamul Hasan, Justice Manzoor Ahmed Mailk, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmed Farooq, Justice Rauf Ahmed Sheikh, Justice Anwaarul Haq and Justice Mazher Iqbal Sidhu. The DBs for Rawalpindi are DB-I Justice Chaudhry Tariq and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar for all matters while SBs are: Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Chaudhry Tariq and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar.
The DBs for Multan Bench are: DB-I Justice Sagheer Ahmed Qadri and Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan, DB-II Justice Khawaja Imtiaz Ahmed and Justice Ijaz Ahmed and DB-III Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Sardar Shamim Khan. SBs for Multan are: Justice Sagheer Ahmed Qadri, Justice Khawaja Imtiaz Ahmed, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijaz Ahmed, Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan and Justice Sardar Shamim Khan.
