Indian Supreme Court Bar Association President Ram Jethmalani on Friday held the Indian and Pakistani politicians responsible for the troubled relations between the two countries and said the Kashmir and water disputes could be resolved through dialogue. He was addressing a luncheon given in honour of the Indian delegation visiting Pakistan to participate in the National Judicial Conference, by the SCBA.
He said the people of both countries wanted normalisation in relations but the politicians were a hurdle in achieving the aim. Speaking at the occasion, SCBA President Asma Jahangir said exchange of delegations between the two countries was necessary to improve the bilateral ties.
