After countless auditions and critiques this season, after plenty of forced smiles listening to yet another rendition of “All By Myself,” Jennifer Lopez, “American Idol” judge, is embarking on a new project. Reports reveal that Lopez is partnering up with “American Idol” producer Simon Fuller along with Lopez’ husband Mark Antony to make a Latin American musical talent search. The project is tentatively called “Que Viva.”
The show is still in early development and currently searching for a network. It begs to be asked—if Lopez is starting a new talent-based program, will she continue judging “Idol”? Lopez hasn’t committed to an answer yet. “I don’t know if I will do another season,” J-Lo said recently. “I’m taking it day by day and we’ll see what happens.”
