LAHORE – Two matches of rugby will be played today at the Lahore Rugby Ground in the Inter-departmental Rugby 15-a-side tournament, being held under the auspices of Pakistan Rugby Union. The first match is between WAPDA and Navy at 3.30 pm, while the second match will be played between Police and Army at 5.00 pm. Pakistan Rugby Union Secretary General Arif Saeed has said that the decision made by PRU to celebrate 2011 as a rugby year was good and a lot of new talent will be discovered from all over Pakistan.
