BERLIN – Real Madrid target Nuri Sahin could be set to quit Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, the German league leaders admitted on Sunday. The 22-year-old Turkey midfielder is under contract until 2013, but Dortmund’s bosses say they may lose him once the season ends on May 14.
“We’re not crazy, we are aware that with the type of football we play, our players attract attention,” said coach Jurgen Klopp after his side’s 3-0 win over Freiburg on Sunday. “But we are in a position where we can decide whether or not to discuss a player’s possible departure.”
