KHANEWAL – At least seven senior teachers of the Government Girls’ Model English High School were rewarded for best teaching by the Government of Punjab Education Department Lahore. As per details, it was announced by the department that teachers and heads of educational institutes showing hundred percent results in the academic years would be given cash prizes and commendation certificates.
In this regard, for the years 2008-09 and 2009-10, these seven senior teachers, Deputy Headmistress Rukhsana Sharif, Tahira Rehman, Naseem Nuzhat, Zahida Khalid, Yasmeen Ayub, Shamim Asghar, Anees Bano and Sobiya Bashir of the Government Girls’ Model English High School Khanewal were given cash prizes and commendation certificates.
