ISLAMABAD – Four missiles fired by two U.S. pilotless aircraft struck a moving vehicle in Pakistan’s South Waziristan tribal region on the Afghan border on Wednesday, killing six militants, residents and officials said.
It is the first strike since March 17, when a similar attack killed 38 suspected militants and drew very rare condemnation from the country’s powerful military chief.
