QUETTA – Two dead bodies found the other day in Panjgur area were identified while another dead body of a Baloch youth was recovered in the same area on Monday. The 2 dead bodies found on Saturday were identified as Mohammad Hasani, a resident of Dalbundeen and Mohammad Hussain Sasooli, the resident of Kharan district, police sources said, adding that the bodies were handed to the heirs.
Another dead body of Baloch youth was found in Chitkan area of Punjgoor by the local people who informed the police. The body was identified as Abid Baloch, a resident of Punjgoor area. In another incident, 6 persons including 5 personnel of Frontier Corps Balochistan received injuries in different incidents of rocket attack and land mine explosions in Dera Bugti and Naushki on Monday. Baloch Republican Army claimed the responsibility for the attacks.
According to Frontier Corps officials, 2 vehicles carrying FC men were going from one post to another post when a rocket fired from nearby mountains hit one of the vehicles, injuring two. However the local police claimed that 3 FC men and a civilian got injured. However the oil tankers of Saindak Copper-Gold Project remained safe in a remote controlled bomb explosion on main National Highway near Naushki railway station. The target of the bomb blast was the oil tankers.
In another incident in Nelegh area of Dera Bugti district, personnel of paramilitary force (Frontier Corps), Khaliq Rahman, blew his leg when stepped on a land mine on his way back to his post after fetching water from nearby stream. In a similar incident in Dera Bugti town, an FC man namely Falak Niaz received serious injuries in a landmine explosion. Both the injured were moved to hospital.
A 16 inch main transmission pipeline was blown up with explosives in Pat Feeder area. The pipeline was supplying gas from Sui to Guddu thermal power station. Sarbaz Baloch, the spokesman of Baloch Republican Army called the newspaper offices and claimed the responsibility for the all incidents of rocket attack, land mine explosions and blowing the gas pipeline.
