LAHORE – Fazal Sweets Cricket Club outplayed Al Falah Bank by 62 runs to win the final of Lahore Premier Cricket League at Lahore City Cricket Association Ground. Fazal raced to 259, with the courtesy of the brilliant batting from Kamran Sajid 61, Rashid Riaz 45 and Waqas Ahmed 37*.
In reply, Al Falah Bank made only 198. The Chief guest, President of the Lahore City Cricket Association, Khawaja Nadeem Ahmed, handed over the winning trophy to Fazal’s skipper Afzal Shah along with Rs. one lac cheque, while Rs. 50,000 were given to runners up.
