Bomb blast kills three, injures six

MIRPURKHAS – Three laborers, including a woman and a child, were killed and 6 injured when a buried bomb exploded at Jumma Khan Magsi in the limit of Umer Sand police station district Tandoallahyar.
Pervez Junejo, SHO Piaro Lund police station told Pakistan Today that the laborers were harvesting the wheat crop when the buried bomb exploded suddenly, killing Ashok, Makhan and woman Shremti Pathani and injuring 6 others. He said that the dead bodies and the injured were rushed to civil hospital Tandoallahyar for first aid.
He said that the bomb disposal squad had not determined the nature of the bomb yet. He said that some weeks ago, 6 dacoits were killed in encounter with police near village Jumma Khan Magsi and the bomb could belong to them. Heavy contingents of police were deployed at the spot.
