KARACHI – Two people were injured when reportedly a hand grenade was thrown at the Lyari Zonal Office in early hours of Saturday. Town Police Officer Saqib Sultan told Pakistan Today that two men riding a motorcycle threw a hand grenade at the office and escaped.
As a result, two office bearers sitting inside the office were injured and were taken to the Civil Hospital Karachi, where their condition was stated to be stable. He said the team of Bomb Disposal Squad had examined the spot and collected some evidence.
