RAWALPINDI – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) hearing the Benazir Bhutto murder case on Saturday again directed the FIA to serve arrest warrants on Musharraf at his London residence.
While resuming hearing on the case, ATC Judge Rana Nisar Ahmed Khan reprimanded FIA prosecutors for their failure to serve warrants on the former president. FIA Director Wajid Zia said the British Home Department, through a letter, had assured taking action.
He also submitted copy of the BHD letter to the court. Former CCPO Saud Aziz and former SP Khurram Shehzad were also present in the court.
