ISLAMABAD – A delegation of senators on Monday met protesting families of missing Balochi people outside the National Press Club. The senators included Abdul Rahim Mandokhel of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, Zahid Khan of the Awami National Party, Fehmida Khan of the PML-N, Rahmatullah Kakar of the JUI-F, and Dr Malik Baloch of the National Party.
Expressing solidarity with relatives of disappeared persons, the senators said that lower and upper both the houses were raising their voice against the injustices being done with Balochi people and that the Aghaz-e-Huqooq-e-Balochistan package was also the result of their endeavours.
