Jamali may ‘end up’ in PPP again

QUETTA – In a latest political somersault, former prime minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali on Monday reposed his confidence in the leadership of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and said that the PPP was a popular.
He expressed these views while talking to media in Dera Murad Jamali after attending a meeting presided over by newly appointed PPP provincial President Mir Sadiq Ali Umrani on Monday. Responding to a question whether he would join the PPP or not, Jamali thanked Umrani for inviting him to be a part of the PPP.
He said that it was the PPP from which he had launched his political career some four decades ago. The PPP leadership always stood for democratic norms and fought against the dictatorship.
