PESHAWAR – Peshawar police recovered a huge quantity of explosives on Saturday and apprehended two people, foiling an attempt of terrorism. The officials said Chamkani police squad, through a prior tip, intercepted a vehicle and recovered high intensity explosive materials and detonators. The recovered items were 2,250 safety fuses, 257 kilograms of high intensity explosive materials and 10,000 detonators. The police also arrested two people who were shifted to an unknown place in connection with investigation.
