PESHAWAR – Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Karamat Ullah Khan on Saturday announced to hold a three-day special anti-polio vaccination campaign while urging greater role of media and political parties to make it a success. The special immunisation drive would start from April 4th to 6th in the thirteen districts of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They include Peshawar, Chitral, Swat, Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera Mardan, Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan. KP Assembly Speaker also administered vaccine to a few children during a ceremony held at Peshawar Press Club. Representatives of WHO and UNICEF, political activists were also present.
