SAHIWAL – Sahiwal additional sessions judge (ASJ) awarded capital punishment to an accused on murder charges. According to prosecution, Muhammad Azam shot a shopkeeper Noor Zaman dead on a money dispute in Kameer one year ago. Kameer police registered a case and submitted a challan in the court of Sahiwal ASJ Sajjad Hussain after investigation. The ASJ gave capital punishment and a fine of Rs one lakh to the accused after trial and said if the accused did not pay the fine, he would undergo six-month more imprisonment.
its a good action taken by ASJ..justice should be prevailed all over the country
