KARACHI – Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Friday condemned the suicide blast at a bazaar in Darra Adam Khel and said that such attacks are part of a conspiracy to destabilise the country.
He said that blood-thirsty terrorists have been targeting armed forces’ installations, mosques, schools and public places and no one is safe from their savagery. “The suicide attack in the bazaar in Darra Adam Khel shows the terrorists’ ferociousness and makes it clear that they have no qualms about killing innocent people,” he added. Hussain offered his condolences to the bereaved families which lost their loved ones in the attack and sympathised with the injured.
He demanded that President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and Interior Minister Rehman Malik should take very possible step to protect citizens from terrorists.
