KALAT/PESHAWAR – A driver was injured and two Nato trailers were set alight in Sorab area of Kalat district on Monday. According to Levis sources, the Nato trailers carrying goods were on their way to Afghanistan from Karachi when unidentified armed men intercepted the vehicles at Gewa cross and opened fire, injuring the driver identified as Muhammad Jhangir. The armed assailants later set the trailers on fire and fled away.
Two schools blown up in
DarRa Adam Khel: Unknown miscreants blew up two government schools in Darra Adam Khel Frontier Region (FR) Kohat, said political administration on Monday. According to the political administration, unknown miscreants detonated two government boys’ schools in Jovakai area of the FR Kohat by planting explosives while no loss of life was reported in the incident. After this incident, the total number of the targeted schools had reached 30 while three schools had been destroyed in Jovakai so far.
