LAHORE – The national selection committee of the Pakistan Hockey Federation has spotted 63 players during the 30th National Junior Hockey Championship held in Bahawalpur from February 26 to March 8.
Out of the pool of 63, the committee has short-listed 35 players for participation in the 3rd U18 AHF Boys Cup.
Two of the invitees Abrar Ahmed and Asad Hussain Rizvi showed there inability to attend the trials on medical grounds. The Chairman National Selection Committee Hanif Khan invited three probables Zohaib Khan (NBP), Fahd Khan (NBP) and Safeer Hussain (SSGC). They have been asked to join the trials on March 27 at National Hockey Stadium, Lahore.
