LAHORE – The Tinsel town rumour mill is buzzing that Charlie Sheen may be offered his old job back on ‘Two and a Half Men’. As unlikely as that scenario may seem the Hollywood Hills are alive with the sound of compromise between the show’s wayward star and the suits behind the scenes. The rumour was launched by an online story and also NBC News reporter Jeff Rossen posting the following to Twitter: “Sources close to Charlie Sheen tell NBC News, CBS has offered him his job back. Discussions ongoing. Not a done deal.” The news also comes hot on the heels of reports that Sheen met with executives at Fox. It could be – cynics speculate – that Sheen is engaged in a whisper campaign to try and drive up the actor’s price in the marketplace.
