KASUR – A 13-year-old daughter of Muhammad Rafiq was going home from school when Farooq and Irfan abducted her and raped her at village Gharri Singh in the precincts of Kanganpur Police Station.
In the fourth incident, Touseef and Noor Muhammad abducted Gulshan Bibi from village Mian Wala Ghat and raped her at gunpoint.
