KASUR – At least three people were killed in separate incidents in the Chunian and Pattoki areas. In the first incident, unidentified people shot a labourer Nazir Ahmed dead when he was going to village Chah Alamwala. In the second incident, Arshad was going home when some dacoits intercepted him and snatched cash and a mobile phone from him. As he resisted the robbery, they shot him dead. In the third incident, a man was killed in Pattoki over an old enimity. Khalid Mayo was going to his village Hanjar Kalan when Idrees and his four accomplices shot him dead.
THREE ABDUCTED: At least two girls and a boy were abducted from Chunian and Phoolnagar areas in two incidents. In the first incident, Ghulam Murtaza’s 14-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son Abdus Sattar were alone at home in Chunian when some unidentified people kidnapped them. In the second incident, Khushi Muhammad, Javed and Noor Muhammad abducted a niece of Abdul Majeed from village Jhamber Kalan in the jurisdiction of Phoolnagar Police Station.
