LAHORE – Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice High Court Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry on Saturday constituted six division benches (DBs) and 12 single benches (SBs) at the principal seat for week commencing from March 21. One DB each for the benches at Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur, three DBs for Multan, three SBs each for Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur and six SBs for Multan were also constituted. The DBs at the principal seat are: Chief Justice and Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Ch Iftikhar Hussain and Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Sh Azmat Saeed and Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Asad Munir, Justice Sh Najam-ul-Hassan and Justice Rauf Ahmad Sheikh, and Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik and Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq.
The SBs for the principal seat are: Chief Justice Ch Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Sh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Asad Munir, Justice Sh Najam ul Hassan, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Rauf Ahmad Shaikh and Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq.
The DB for Rawalpindi is: Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar. The SBs are: Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Ch Muhammad Tariq and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar. The DBs for Multan are: Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri and Justice Muhammad Khalid Mehmood Khan, Justice Kh Imtiaz Ahmad and Justice Ijaz Ahmad, and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim. The SBs for Multan are: Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri, Justice Kh Imtiaz Ahmad, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijaz Ahmad, Justice M Khalid Mehmood Khan and Justice Sardar M Shamim Khan. The DB for Bahawalpur is Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan and Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu while the SBs are Justice Ch Shahid Saeed, Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan and Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu. The DBs shall work from Monday to Thursday while the special benches shall meet on Friday or when needed.
