LAHORE – The mercury is rising in the city as 31 degrees Celsius temperature was observed in the provincial metropolis on Friday. The Meteorological (Met) department predicted dry weather in most parts of the country today. However, the Met office said, scattered rain, dust or thunderstorms might occur in upper Punjab, upper Kyber Pakhtonkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
